Prepare your commercial space for a wide range of possibilities. Our services typically include the following provisions:

Drywalled tenant separation walls that are insulated and ready for the tenant’s painting, a storefront door, windows, and concrete flooring.

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning 

The landlord will install the required air handlers for the RTU, main truck lines, ductwork, distribution grilles and diffusers.


A complete and finished structural system for the building, a finished roof of the landlord’s design, and a rear wall.


All plumbing fixtures and connections for required restrooms, a janitor’s sink, and a drinking fountain, as required by code.



One or two restroom(s) as required by regulations, complete with all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant accessories, vinyl tile floors and white drywalls.


A space equipped with 200 amp 120/208v; three-phase, four-wire service; emergency lighting; a conduit for phone, data, and cable service; base building LED lighting and standard outlets. 

Asbestos Abatement 

State of the art equipment will be used to remove and contain asbestos problems safely and in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Fire Suppression System

The landlord will install the required sprinkler system and standard brass heads turned upright to the floor deck with maximum spacing in compliance with the fire code.


Structural or interior demolition projects carefully planned to maximize efficiency and safety while limiting the impact on the environment. Diverting as much waste as possible to accredited recycling facilities.
